Asheboro Blue Comets (Asheboro, NC) boosters left the game satisfied Thursday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Southeast Guilford Falcons (Greensboro, NC), 3-0 in a non-league test.

With the win, Asheboro improves its record to 2-0 on the season. The Blue Comets host Eastern Randolph (Ramseur, NC) to face the Wildcats in a non-league test on Wednesday, August 21. The Wildcats go into the test with a record of 0-0.

The Falcons now own a 0-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Providence Grove for a non-league test on Wednesday, August 21.
