The John Paul II Cardinals volleyball squad (Plano, TX), was edged 3-2 in Friday's non-league battle with the host Prestonwood Christian Lions (Plano, TX)

With the win, Prestonwood Christian improves its record to 6-1 on the year. The Lions travel to Highland Park (Dallas, TX) to meet the Scots in a non-league challenge on Friday, August 15. The Scots enter the challenge with a record of 3-1. Highland Park lost 2-0 in their recent non-league test against Southlake Carroll (Southlake, TX)
