Texas High School Volleyball - Prestonwood Christian over John Paul II

The Prestonwood Christian Lions volleyball team scored 2 points and restricted the visiting John Paul II Cardinals to 0 in the Lions non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Lions now possess a 23-4 record. They take the field next when they host Bishop Lynch for a TAPPS 6A District 2 game on Tuesday, September 30. Prestonwood Christian will confront a Friars squad coming off a 3-1 league win over Ursuline Academy (Dallas, TX). The Friars record now stands at 18-8.

The Cardinals (27-12) will now prepare for their game against Southwest Christian School (Fort Worth, TX). The Eagles enter the non-league game with a 5-6 record. In their last game, Southwest Christian School was dropped by Prestonwood Christian (Plano, TX), 2-0, in a non-league game.
