The Bulldogs (8-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Lorena (Lorena, TX). The Leopards come into the non-league challenge with a 4-1 record. In their last challenge, Lorena beat North Zulch (North Zulch, TX), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Fighting Owls meet the Fairfield Eagles (Fairfield, TX) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, August 17. Anderson-Shiro will attempt to upgrade on its 2-4 season record. The Eagles come into the challenge with a 4-0 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Corrigan-Camden (Corrigan, TX).
