Georgia High School Softball - Sandy Creek drops to Trinity Christian

August 18, 2025: Sharpsburg, GA 30277

The Sandy Creek Patriots softball squad (Tyrone, GA), was routed 15-0 in Monday's league contest with the host Trinity Christian Lions (Sharpsburg, GA)

With the triumph, Trinity Christian improves its record to 2-2 on the year. The Lions host Mary Persons (Forsyth, GA) to battle the Bulldogs in a 3A Region 2 bout on Tuesday, August 19. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a record of 3-3. Mary Persons won 15-0 in their recent league bout against Upson-Lee (Thomaston, GA)

In their next game, the Patriots battle the Spalding Jaguars (Griffin, GA) in a 3A Region 2 game, on Tuesday, August 19. Sandy Creek will attempt to improve on its 3-3 season record. The Jaguars enter the game with a 7-0 record after their 7-5 league win over Fayette County (Fayetteville, GA).
