Next, the Pirates battle the Johnson Central Golden Eagles (Paintsville, KY) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, August 20. Belfry will attempt to move on its 0-1 season record. The Golden Eagles enter the contest with a 1-0 record after their 3-0 league win over Magoffin County (Salyersville, KY).
