Georgia High School Volleyball - Morgan County over Monroe Area

The Morgan County Bulldogs (Madison, GA) volleyball knocked off the visiting Monroe Area Purple Hurricanes (Monroe, GA), 2-0 in Tuesday's non-league bout.

The Bulldogs now possess a 10-2 record. They play next when they travel to Athens Academy for a non-league bout on Tuesday, August 19. Morgan County will clash with a Spartans team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Parkview (Lilburn, GA). The Spartans record now stands at 4-6.

With the loss, Monroe Area falls to 4-10 on the year. The Purple hurricanes host Berkmar (Lilburn, GA) to battle the Patriots in a non-league match on Thursday, August 21. The Patriots enter the match with a record of 2-2. Berkmar lost 2-0 in their recent non-league match against Archer (Lawrenceville, GA)
