The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the St. Francis Troubadours (Sacramento, CA) and the host Nevada Union Miners (Grass Valley, CA), saw St. Francis's volleyball squad nip Nevada Union by a tally of 2-1.

With the win, St. Francis upgrades its record to 6-3 on the year. The Troubadours travel to Folsom (Folsom, CA) to play the Bulldogs in a non-league bout on Saturday, August 20. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a record of 0-0.

The Miners now own a 0-1 record. They play next when they travel to Ponderosa for a bout on Monday, October 3.
