In Saturday's non-league battle, the visiting St. Francis Troubadours volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Nevada Union Miners.
The Troubadours (16-3) will now prepare for their battle against Acalanes (Lafayette, CA). The Dons come into the non-league battle with a 9-1 record. In their last battle, Acalanes achieved victory over Berkeley (Berkeley, CA), 2-0, in a non-league battle.
Next, the Miners clash with the Ponderosa Bruins (Shingle Springs, CA) in a battle, on Monday, October 3. Nevada Union will attempt to advance on its 1-3 season record.
