In Tuesday's league test, the Union Grove Wolverines (McDonough, GA) softball squad overwhelmed the visiting Jones County Greyhounds (Gray, GA), by a tally of 8-0.

Next, the Wolverines clash with the Woodland Wolfpack (Stockbridge, GA) in a 4A Region 2 test, on Thursday, August 22. Union Grove will attempt to advance on its 6-3 season record. The Wolfpack go into the test with a 0-7 record after their 18-2 league loss to Locust Grove (Locust Grove, GA).

The Greyhounds (4-3) will now prepare for their test against Eagle's Landing Christian Academy (McDonough, GA). The Chargers go into the 4A Region 2 test with a 6-4 record. In their last test, Eagle's Landing Christian Academy was routed by Ola (McDonough, GA), 4-2, in a league test.
