In Wednesday's league test, the Union Grove Wolverines (McDonough, GA) softball squad overwhelmed the host Jones County Greyhounds (Gray, GA), by a tally of 11-5.

Next, the Wolverines meet the Stockbridge Tigers (Stockbridge, GA) in a 4A Region 2 test, on Thursday, September 26. Union Grove will attempt to advance on its 16-5 season record. The Tigers go into the test with a 4-14 record after their 6-2 league loss to Hampton (Hampton, GA).

The Greyhounds (10-10) will now prepare for their test against Woodland (Stockbridge, GA). The Wolfpack go into the 4A Region 2 test with a 0-15 record. In their last test, Woodland was routed by Union Grove (McDonough, GA), 15-0, in a league test.
