The Monroe County Falcons edged the visiting Campbellsville Eagles volleyball squad by a final score of 2-1 in Tuesday's non-league game.
Next up, the Falcons confront the Glasgow Scotties (Glasgow, KY) in a non-league game, on Monday, August 26. Monroe County will attempt to advance on its 2-0 season record. The Scotties go into the game with a 2-0 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Hart County (Munfordville, KY).
The Eagles (0-2) will now prepare for their game against Pulaski County (Somerset, KY). The Maroons go into the non-league game with a 1-1 record. In their last game, Pulaski County nudged North Laurel (London, KY), 3-1, in a non-league game.
