North Carolina High School Volleyball - Leadership Academy bounced by Cornerstone Charter

Cornerstone Charter Cardinals (Greensboro, NC) boosters left the game thrilled Tuesday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Leadership Academy Falcons (Kernersville, NC), 3-0 in a league test.

With the win, Cornerstone Charter improves its record to 3-1 on the season. The Cardinals host Bishop McGuinness (Kernersville, NC) to face the Villains in a Northwest Piedmont 1A test on Thursday, August 22. The Villains go into the test with a record of 2-1. Bishop McGuinness won 3-2 in their recent non-league test against South Stokes (Walnut Cove, NC)

The Falcons now own a 2-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Piedmont Classical for a Northwest Piedmont 1A test on Thursday, August 22. Leadership Academy will face a Bobcats squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to Bethany (Summerfield, NC). The Bobcats record now stands at 0-3.
