The Cornerstone Charter Cardinals (Greensboro, NC) volleyball knocked off the host Leadership Academy Falcons (Kernersville, NC), 3-0 in Thursday's league bout.

The Cardinals now possess a 11-2 record. They play next when they travel to Bishop McGuinness for a Northwest Piedmont 1A bout on Tuesday, September 24.

With the loss, Leadership Academy drops to 11-3 on the campaign. The Falcons host Piedmont Classical (Browns Summit, NC) to clash with the Bobcats in a Northwest Piedmont 1A bout on Tuesday, September 24. The Bobcats come into the bout with a record of 2-8.
