The Hinton Comets softball team scored 5 runs and limited the visiting Apache Warriors to 1 in the Comets league triumph on Monday.
With the triumph, Hinton moves its record to 10-0 on the year. The Comets travel to Watonga (Watonga, OK) to clash with the Eagles in a 2A game on Tuesday, August 22. The Eagles come into the game with a record of 1-4.
