The crowd at Wednesday's non-league bout between the Bulloch Academy Gators (Statesboro, GA) and the visiting Edmund Burke Academy Spartans (Waynesboro, GA), observed Bulloch Academy's softball team get by Edmund Burke Academy by a final score of 7-3.

The Gators (5-1) will now prepare for their bout against Robert Toombs Christian Academy (Lyons, GA). The Crusaders go into the non-league bout with a 5-1 record. In their last bout, Robert Toombs Christian Academy tipped Twiggs Academy (Jeffersonville, GA), 14-0, in a league bout.

In their next game, the Spartans battle the Georgia School for Innovation & Classics Patriots (Hephzibah, GA) in a non-league bout, on Monday, August 26. Edmund Burke Academy will attempt to better on its 4-2 season record. The Patriots go into the bout with a 1-1 record after their 15-0 non-league win over Westside (Augusta, GA).
