The Ashe County Huskies topped the visiting Draughn Wildcats volleyball team by a score of 3-0 in Tuesday's non-league test.

The Huskies now have a 3-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Bandys for a non-league test on Wednesday, August 23. Ashe County will confront a Trojans team coming off a 3-2 non-league win over North Lincoln (Lincolnton, NC). The Trojans record now stands at 2-2.

The Wildcats (1-1) will now prepare for their test against Alexander Central (Taylorsville, NC). The Cougars enter the non-league test with a 0-3 record. In their last test, Alexander Central was knocked off by West Iredell (Statesville, NC), 3-1, in a non-league test.
