Match Summary

Coming into a very hot gym at EA, our JV and Varsity teams were at a disadvantage vs. the Lady Cougars, who are used to practicing and playing in those conditions. Unfortunately, our players were unable to adapt to the very warm indoor temperature and a high traction gym floor. Versus a beatable Lady Cougars JV team, and despite solid serving, our JV team played a slow game, having difficulty getting to the ball and making a host of passing/hitting errors. Frankly, our team became distracted with "bad calls" and gym conditions, rather than buckling down, cleaning up our game and becoming more aggressive.
