Texas High School Volleyball - Madisonville tips Anderson-Shiro

Fans at Thursday's non-league contest between the Madisonville Mustangs (Madisonville, TX) and the host Anderson-Shiro Fighting Owls (Anderson, TX), observed Madisonville's volleyball team hold off Anderson-Shiro by a tally of 2-1.

The Mustangs (9-1) will now prepare for their contest against Normangee (Normangee, TX). The Panthers enter the non-league contest with a 3-4 record. In their last contest, Normangee was tipped by Anderson-Shiro (Anderson, TX), 3-0, in a non-league contest.

Next, the Fighting Owls meet the Latexo Tigers (Latexo, TX) in a non-league contest, on Friday, August 23. Anderson-Shiro will attempt to upgrade on its 6-5 season record.
