The Farmington Scorpions soccer squad scored 3 points and held the host Aztec Tigers to 0 in the Scorpions non-league victory on Friday.

The Scorpions now hold a 2-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Piedra Vista for a non-league contest on Saturday, August 23. Farmington will face a Panthers team coming off a 2-2 non-league Hobbs (Hobbs, NM). The Panthers record now stands at 1-0.

The Tigers (1-1) will now prepare for their contest against Kirtland Central (Kirtland, NM). The Broncos enter the non-league contest with a 1-1 record. In their last contest, Kirtland Central by Piedra Vista (Farmington, NM), 6-0, in a non-league contest.
