The Nowata Ironmen (Nowata, OK) softball routed the host Oklahoma Union Cougars (South Coffeyville, OK), 13-4 in Friday's league outing.
The Ironmen now sport a 1-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Chelsea for a 2A outing on Monday, August 25.
With the loss, Oklahoma Union moves to 3-7 on the season. The Cougars travel to Ketchum (Ketchum, OK) to encounter the Warriors in a 2A outing on Tuesday, August 26. The Warriors come into the outing with a record of 1-4.
