The crowd at Wednesday's non-league bout between the Escalante Moquis (Escalante, UT) and the visiting Fredonia Lynx (Fredonia, AZ), saw Escalante's volleyball squad beat Fredonia by a tally of 3-0.

With the win, Escalante upgrades its record to 3-0 on the year. The Moquis host Tintic (Eureka, UT) to play the Miners in a non-league bout on Friday, August 25. The Miners go into the bout with a record of 0-5. Tintic lost 3-1 in their recent non-league bout against Intermountain Christian (Salt Lake City, UT)
