Eisenhower Eagles (Houston, TX) boosters left the game thrilled Saturday as they witnessed their volleyball team overcome the host Benjamin Davis Falcons (Houston, TX), 2-0 in a non-league challenge.

The Eagles (9-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Cypress Springs (Cypress, TX). The Panthers come into the non-league challenge with a 5-12 record. In their last challenge, Cypress Springs was beaten by Morton Ranch (Katy, TX), 2-1, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Falcons face the North Shore Mustangs (Houston, TX) in a non-league test, on Tuesday, August 26. Benjamin Davis will attempt to advance on its 3-5 season record. The Mustangs go into the test with a 3-7 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Pasadena Memorial (Pasadena, TX).
