The Shoemaker Wolves volleyball squad (Killeen, TX), was edged 2-1 in Saturday's non-league battle with the host Rockdale Tigers (Rockdale, TX)

With the win, Rockdale improves its record to 8-7 on the season. The Tigers host Smithville (Smithville, TX) to encounter the Tigers in a non-league battle on Saturday, August 23. The Tigers go into the battle with a record of 2-7. Smithville lost 2-0 in their recent non-league battle against Navasota (Navasota, TX)

The Wolves now own a 0-6 record. They take the field next when they host Lampasas for a non-league contest on Tuesday, August 26. Shoemaker will meet a Badgers team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Mumford (Mumford, TX). The Badgers record now stands at 0-8.
