The South Charleston Black Eagles volleyball squad (South Charleston, WV), dropped 2-0 in Saturday's non-league battle with the visiting Spring Valley Timberwolves (Huntington, WV)

With the win, Spring Valley improves its record to 4-1 on the season. The Timberwolves host George Washington (Charleston, WV) to encounter the Patriots in a non-league battle on Saturday, August 23. The Patriots go into the battle with a record of 0-0.

The Black Eagles now own a 1-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Shady Spring for a non-league battle on Saturday, August 23. South Charleston will meet a Tigers team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Independence (Coal City, WV). The Tigers record now stands at 1-1.
