With the win, Challenger moves its record to 1-1 on the campaign. The Firebirds travel to Temple Baptist (Asheville, NC) to battle the Eagles in a bout on Thursday, August 25. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 0-0.

In their next game, the Eagles battle the Community Christian Academy Warriors (Bessemer City, NC) in a Western Piedmont Athletic bout, on Friday, August 26. Pinnacle Classical Academy will attempt to move on its 0-1 season record.
