The crowd at Wednesday's league test between the Challenger Firebirds (Hickory, NC) and the host Pinnacle Classical Academy Eagles (Shelby, NC), saw Challenger's soccer squad beat Pinnacle Classical Academy by a margin of 4-0.

The Firebirds now sport a 4-1 record. They play next when they host Nebo Crossing Academy for a Western Piedmont Athletic test on Thursday, September 8. Challenger will meet a Bulldogs squad coming off a 4-1 league loss to The Master's Academy (Forest City, NC). The Bulldogs record now stands at 1-3.

With the loss, Pinnacle Classical Academy drops to 2-3 on the season. The Eagles host Veritas Christian Academy (Arden, NC) to meet the Warriors in a Western Piedmont Athletic test on Monday, September 19. The Warriors come into the test with a record of 7-0.
