Georgia High School Volleyball - Banks County over Franklin County

Fans at Thursday's non-league contest between the Banks County Leopards (Homer, GA) and the host Franklin County Lions (Carnesville, GA), observed Banks County's volleyball squad triumph over Franklin County by a margin of 2-0.

Next up, the Leopards battle the Cedar Shoals Jaguars (Athens, GA) in a non-league contest, on Friday, August 25. Banks County will attempt to better on its 10-4 season record. The Jaguars come into the contest with a 0-13 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Banks County (Homer, GA).

With the loss, Franklin County drops to 6-5 on the campaign. The Lions travel to Seckinger (Buford, GA) to battle the Jaguars in a non-league contest on Tuesday, August 29. The Jaguars come into the contest with a record of 4-8. Seckinger lost 2-1 in their recent non-league contest against Lawrence County (Moulton, AL)
