Nebraska High School Softball - Lexington bested by Highway 6

The Highway 6 Trailblazers triumphed over the host Lexington Minutemen softball squad by a count of 12-4 in Saturday's non-league challenge.

Next, the Trailblazers play the Chadron Cardinals (Chadron, NE) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, August 24. Highway 6 will attempt to upgrade on its 4-1 season record.

The Minutemen (1-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Alliance (Alliance, NE). The Bulldogs enter the non-league challenge with a 1-0 record. In their last challenge, Alliance overcame Hershey (Hershey, NE), 12-6, in a non-league challenge.
