The Blue Thunder (1-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Guilford (Rockford, IL). The Vikings come into the Northern Illinois NIC-10 challenge with a 2-2 record. In their last challenge, Guilford went down by Bolingbrook (Bolingbrook, IL), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Huskies encounter the Belvidere Bucs (Belvidere, IL) in a Northern Illinois NIC-10 challenge, on Tuesday, August 30. Harlem will attempt to move on its 1-1 season record. The Bucs come into the challenge with a 1-2 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Marian Central Catholic (Woodstock, IL).
