The Burns Bulldogs volleyball squad scored 2 points and limited the visiting East Rutherford Cavaliers to 1 in the Bulldogs non-league victory on Monday.
Next up, the Bulldogs confront the Lincolnton Wolves (Lincolnton, NC) in a non-league game, on Thursday, August 28. Burns will attempt to advance on its 5-0 season record. The Wolves enter the game with a 3-1 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Shelby (Shelby, NC).
The Cavaliers (2-4) will now prepare for their outing against Hibriten (Lenoir, NC). The Panthers come into the non-league outing with a 0-4 record. In their last outing, Hibriten was nudged by South Caldwell (Hudson, NC), 2-0, in a non-league outing.
