The Somerset Briar Jumpers prevailed the visiting Clinton County Bulldogs volleyball squad by a final score of 3-0 in Monday's non-league game.
Next up, the Briar Jumpers confront the Casey County Rebels (Liberty, KY) in a District 47 game, on Tuesday, August 26. Somerset will attempt to advance on its 4-0 season record. The Rebels enter the game with a 4-2 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Harlan (Harlan, KY).
The Bulldogs (3-5) will now prepare for their game against Cumberland County (Burkesville, KY). The Panthers enter the District 16 game with a 0-2 record. In their last game, Cumberland County was dropped by Green County (Greensburg, KY), 3-0, in a non-league game.
