The Allen Eagles held off the host Hebron Hawks volleyball team by a score of 2-1 in Friday's non-league test.

The Eagles now have a 13-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Waxahachie for a non-league test on Saturday, August 27. Allen will confront a Indians team coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Marcus (Flower Mound, TX). The Indians record now stands at 16-9.

The Hawks (4-14) will now prepare for their test against Memorial (Houston, TX). The Mustangs enter the non-league test with a 4-12 record. In their last test, Memorial was nudged by Southlake Carroll (Southlake, TX), 2-0, in a non-league test.
