Kentucky High School Volleyball - Obion County can't hold off Hickman County

In Saturday's non-league battle, the host Hickman County Falcons volleyball team scored a tight 2-1 victory over the Obion County Rebels.
The Falcons now have a 4-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Ballard Memorial for a non-league test on Saturday, August 26. Hickman County will confront a Bombers team coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to Marshall County (Benton, KY). The Bombers record now stands at 1-3.
The Rebels (2-5) will now prepare for their test against Carlisle County (Bardwell, KY). The Comets enter the non-league test with a 0-4 record. In their last test, Carlisle County was nudged by Mayfield (Mayfield, KY), 3-0, in a non-league test.
