The crowd at Tuesday's non-league bout between the Obion County Rebels (Troy, TN) and the host Hickman County Falcons (Clinton, KY), saw Obion County's volleyball squad nip Hickman County by a tally of 3-2.

With the win, Obion County upgrades its record to 4-6 on the year. The Rebels travel to South Gibson (Medina, TN) to play the Hornets in a AA District 14 bout on Thursday, August 31. The Hornets go into the bout with a record of 1-7. South Gibson lost 3-0 in their recent league bout against Crockett County (Alamo, TN)

The Falcons now own a 5-6 record. They play next when they travel to Graves County for a non-league bout on Thursday, August 31. Hickman County will play a Eagles squad coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Carlisle County (Bardwell, KY). The Eagles record now stands at 6-3.
