The Lions (1-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Wayne (Wayne, WV). The Pioneers come into the non-league challenge with a 0-0 record.

Next, the Lions meet the Nicholas County Bluejackets (Carlisle, KY) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, August 27. Lewis County will attempt to upgrade on its 1-6 season record. The Bluejackets come into the challenge with a 0-2 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Bishop Brossart (Alexandria, KY).
