The Lions (14-9) will now prepare for their contest against Raceland (Raceland, KY). The Rams enter the non-league contest with a 14-13 record. In their last contest, Raceland notched a victory over Fairview (Ashland, KY), 3-0, in a non-league contest.

Next, the Lions meet the Russell Red Devils (Russell, KY) in a District 63 contest, on Tuesday, October 1. Lewis County will attempt to move on its 1-17 season record. The Red Devils enter the contest with a 9-11 record after their 3-1 league win over Greenup County (Greenup, KY).
