The Patriots come into the match with a record of 1-5. Southwest lost 19-2 in their recent non-league match against Chapel Hill (Douglasville, GA)

In their next game, the Gryphons confront the Mary Persons Bulldogs (Forsyth, GA) in a non-league match, on Wednesday, August 27. Academy for Classical Education will attempt to better on its 4-4 season record. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a 5-3 record after their 13-2 league win over Spalding (Griffin, GA).
