Nevada High School Volleyball - Mater Academy East Las Vegas over Amplus Academy

In Tuesday's non-league challenge, the host Mater Academy East Las Vegas Knights volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Amplus Academy Archers.

The Knights (2-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Sunrise Mountain (Las Vegas, NV). The Miners come into the 4A Southern - Sun challenge with a 2-5 record. In their last challenge, Sunrise Mountain lost by Pinecrest Academy Sloan Canyon (Henderson, NV), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Archers play the Western Warriors (Las Vegas, NV) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, September 2. Amplus Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 2-8 season record. The Warriors come into the challenge with a 1-0 record after their 3-2 non-league win over Eldorado (Las Vegas, NV).
