The Matadors (1-4) will now prepare for their battle against Rancho Alamitos (Garden Grove, CA). The Vaqueros go into the Garden Grove battle with a 6-1 record. In their last battle, Rancho Alamitos achieved victory over Glenn (Norwalk, CA), 3-0, in a non-league battle.

The Cavaliers now own a 1-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Estancia for a non-league battle on Thursday, August 28. Santiago will encounter a Eagles team coming off a 3-2 league win over La Quinta (Westminster, CA). The Eagles record now stands at 2-2.
