The Covenant Christian Eagles volleyball squad (Tuscumbia, AL), dropped 2-0 in Tuesday's non-league battle with the host Brooks Lions (Killen, AL)

With the win, Brooks improves its record to 5-2 on the season. The Lions host Cherokee County (Centre, AL) to encounter the Warriors in a non-league battle on Tuesday, August 26. The Warriors go into the battle with a record of 10-0. Cherokee County won 3-0 in their recent league battle against Hokes Bluff (Hokes Bluff, AL)

The Eagles now own a 3-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Mars Hill Bible for a 2A Area 14 battle on Thursday, August 28. Covenant Christian will encounter a Panthers squad coming off a 2-1 non-league win over Belgreen (Russellville, AL). The Panthers record now stands at 5-0.
