The Bremond Tigers topped the host Anderson-Shiro Fighting Owls volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Saturday's non-league test.

The Tigers now have a 16-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Brazos for a non-league test on Saturday, August 27. Bremond will confront a Cougars team coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Normangee (Normangee, TX). The Cougars record now stands at 14-8.

The Fighting Owls (10-9) will now prepare for their test against Fairfield (Fairfield, TX). The Eagles enter the non-league test with a 17-1 record. In their last test, Fairfield gained a win over Hearne (Hearne, TX), 2-0, in a non-league test.
