Kentucky High School Volleyball - Metcalfe County tips Butler County

In Saturday's non-league contest, the Metcalfe County Hornets (Edmonton, KY) volleyball squad nudged the host Butler County Bears (Morgantown, KY), by a margin of 2-1.

Next up, the Hornets battle the Larue County Hawks (Hodgenville, KY) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, August 27. Metcalfe County will attempt to better on its 2-10 season record.

With the loss, Butler County moves to 0-1 on the year. The Bears travel to Frederick Fraize (Cloverport, KY) to battle the Aces in a non-league contest on Monday, September 26. The Aces go into the contest with a record of 0-1.
