Kentucky High School Volleyball - Metcalfe County over Butler County

In Saturday's non-league contest, the Metcalfe County Hornets (Edmonton, KY) volleyball squad were winner over the visiting Butler County Bears (Morgantown, KY), by a margin of 2-0.

Next up, the Hornets face the North Hardin Trojans (Radcliff, KY) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, September 24. Metcalfe County will attempt to better on its 9-16 season record. The Trojans go into the contest with a 7-8 record after their 3-0 non-league win over North Hardin Christian (Radcliff, KY).

With the loss, Butler County moves to 1-4 on the year. The Bears travel to Frederick Fraize (Cloverport, KY) to face the Aces in a non-league contest on Monday, September 26. The Aces go into the contest with a record of 0-4.
