South Carolina High School Volleyball - Emerald over Strom Thurmond

In Tuesday's non-league challenge, the host Emerald Vikings volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Strom Thurmond Rebels.

The Vikings (5-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Greenwood Christian (Greenwood, SC). The Hawks come into the non-league challenge with a 3-2 record. In their last challenge, Greenwood Christian beat King Academy (Batesburg, SC), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Rebels play the Swansea Tigers (Swansea, SC) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, August 28. Strom Thurmond will attempt to upgrade on its 2-3 season record. The Tigers come into the challenge with a 0-3 record after their 3-1 non-league loss to Brookland-Cayce (Cayce, SC).
