The Strom Thurmond Rebels volleyball squad (Johnston, SC), dropped 3-0 in Tuesday's non-league battle with the visiting Emerald Vikings (Greenwood, SC)

With the win, Emerald improves its record to 10-3 on the season. The Vikings host Wren (Piedmont, SC) to encounter the Hurricanes in a non-league battle on Thursday, September 12. The Hurricanes go into the battle with a record of 12-4. Wren won 3-1 in their recent non-league battle against St. Joseph's Catholic (Greenville, SC)

The Rebels now own a 4-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Clinton for a non-league battle on Wednesday, September 11. Strom Thurmond will encounter a Red Devils squad coming off a 3-2 non-league loss to Woodruff (Woodruff, SC). The Red Devils record now stands at 4-2.
