The Louisa County Lions topped the visiting Caroline Cavaliers volleyball team by a score of 3-1 in Monday's non-league test.

The Lions now have a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Chancellor for a non-league test on Thursday, August 31. Louisa County will confront a Chargers team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Mechanicsville (Mechanicsville, VA). The Chargers record now stands at 1-2.

The Cavaliers (1-1) will now prepare for their test against Essex (Tappahannock, VA). The Trojans enter the non-league test with a 3-0 record. In their last test, Essex gained a win over Charles City (Charles City, VA), 3-0, in a non-league test.
