North Carolina High School Volleyball - Hickory crushed by North Iredell

The North Iredell Raiders topped the host Hickory Red Tornadoes volleyball team by a score of 3-0 in Monday's league test.

The Raiders now have a 5-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Statesville for a Western Foothills 3A test on Wednesday, August 30. North Iredell will confront a Greyhounds team coming off a 3-1 league loss to West Iredell (Statesville, NC). The Greyhounds record now stands at 1-1.

The Red Tornadoes (1-3) will now prepare for their test against West Iredell (Statesville, NC). The Warriors enter the Western Foothills 3A test with a 7-0 record. In their last test, West Iredell gained a win over Statesville (Statesville, NC), 3-1, in a league test.
