In Thursday's non-league challenge, the visiting Chester Yellowjackets volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Corrigan-Camden Bulldogs.

The Yellowjackets (9-7) will now prepare for their challenge against Groveton (Groveton, TX). The Indians come into the non-league challenge with a 7-8 record. In their last challenge, Groveton was beaten by Hudson (Lufkin, TX), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Bulldogs meet the Kennard Tigers (Kennard, TX) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, September 2. Corrigan-Camden will attempt to upgrade on its 0-5 season record. The Tigers come into the challenge with a 1-4 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Onalaska (Onalaska, TX).
