West Virginia High School Volleyball - Fairmont Senior over Notre Dame

In Thursday's non-league test, the visiting Fairmont Senior Polar Bears volleyball squad scored a 3-1 win over the Notre Dame Fighting Irish.

With the win, Fairmont Senior advances its record to 3-4 on the season. The Polar Bears travel to North Marion (Farmington, WV) to face the Huskies in a Two Rivers test on Tuesday, September 2. The Huskies go into the test with a record of 0-3. North Marion lost 2-0 in their recent league test against Preston (Kingwood, WV)

The Fighting Irish now sport a 2-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Parkersburg Catholic for a Little Kanawha test on Wednesday, September 3. Notre Dame will face a Crusaders squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to Notre Dame (Clarksburg, WV). The Crusaders record now stands at 0-1.
